Frequently the basic shape of a speaker is in a rather stark contrast to the aesthetic perception. This increases the more time an thought has been spent on the arrangement of the furniture and decoration of a room. To offer a way to counter that, we would like to offer an easy but effective trick that deceives tthe eye without being too complicated to realize. With the help of a router mill the edges angular. The following pictures will show how easy this is done.

With an angle and a penil we made a mark at the lid and base of the casingat with we orientated the guidie rail. At the base the marking was made so that the milling head can work while the sled glides along the guide rail.

We have used a big router which can even work angle grinders with a diameter of 60mm in one turn through MDF. Similarily this procedure shoul work fine with a hand cirular saw or a slicer with the ability for an angled parallelguiuding. Some peaople might even try to achieve this with asnding paper and bare hands which should make for a very effective workout.
